Worship Leader: Music & Creative Arts

First Baptist Monroe is looking to fill the position of Worship Leader: Music & Creative Arts for the next church calendar year. This person will serve as a leader and mentor to musicians, vocalists and other worship arts volunteers including video, sound, lighting, drama, dance and other creative endeavors with integrity and a focus on worshiping the Lord. This position requires energy, discernment, tact and most of all, a passion for our creative and artistic ministry. It also requires technical expertise and an ability to work in a team environment to plan and present encouraging, uplifting worship services. Candidate must be open to a wide range of approaches (vocal, instrumental, drama, dance, etc.) and willing to introduce variety into the worship service.
